A New Book is Coming Soon!

I am working on finishing up my new book, Revive: Leading Change—Igniting Movement. To whet your appetite, I will share posts from the different chapters over the next few months.

Revive focuses on the current cultural moment in which church attendance and commitment are diminished, and those claiming no faith are increasing. While pastors, elders, and church leaders are the target audience for Revive, every follower of Jesus has a role to play in God's redemptive story.

As we work through the different chapters in Revive over the next couple of months, we will discuss the church's internal and external challenges, the urgency of the gospel, and why there is hope for the church to thrive and flourish today. We will pop the hood on the church and take a look at how the church was designed to be a movement. We will also talk about needed leadership changes, how everyone is called, how everyone is sent with God on God's mission, and what it looks like to empower rather than manage. Finally, we will look into the first steps toward reviving the church and igniting a movement in our lives as leaders and those we influence.
